Her main practice areas are Commercial Contracts, Corporate Law and Banking & Financial Law. Nurith also advises clients in relation to Data Protection matters.
Nurith regularly assists both Swiss and foreign companies, financial institutions as well as individuals in reviewing or drafting commercial contracts and corporate documents. She assists clients in setting up or reorganising companies as well as in addressing corporate governance and compliance issues. She also provides advice to financial institutions in banking & finance matters, including in relation to the granting of required authorisations from the Swiss Financial market Supervisory Authority FINMA.
Nurith studied at the University of Geneva, from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws in International and European Law. After passing the Geneva Bar exam in 2009, Nurith worked at Lenz & Staehelin until 2012. She then spent a year in New York where she obtained a LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School and passed the New York State Bar exam. Before joining the firm at its beginnings, Nurith worked at Eversheds where she was a member of the Banking, Commercial and Corporate teams.
