Vanessa Frossard

Vanessa Frossard is a Counsel at MANGEAT. Her main practice area is Family Law.

Vanessa advises clients in family law matters (including divorce, separation, parental rights, filiation, child support, alimony recovery, enforcement of court decisions, international relocation of children, child abduction and adoption), representing them in court proceedings or negotiating and drafting agreements. She has broad experience in cross-border cases.

She regularly advises clients on matrimonial asset planning in complex financial situations (including cohabitation, pre- and post-nuptial agreements).

In the best interest of each member of the family, she is committed to work on consensual solutions whenever possible.

Before joining MANGEAT, Vanessa worked at the Geneva civil court and as a senior associate in the family law department of two well regarded law firms in Geneva.
