Flavia Bianchi
Flavia Bianchi is a Counsel at MANGEAT. Her main practice areas are Litigation and Dispute Resolution in public and criminal matters.
Flavia advises and represents individuals, companies, and public institutions in complex public law disputes and criminal proceedings before cantonal and federal authorities and courts. Flavia’s work includes internal investigations related to criminal, governance and compliance matters. Fluent in French and German, she also represents her clients before the Swiss-German authorities and courts.
Before joining the firm, Flavia served as a law clerk at the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, where she drafted decisions in criminal law and criminal administrative law. Her work included complex procedural issues, joined civil claims, and cases involving international conventions and constitutional law. She previously worked as an associate at Lenz & Staehelin, a leading business law firm in Zurich where she advised on competition law and intellectual property, handling legal issues at the intersection of public, civil and criminal law. Flavia has represented clients in proceedings before cantonal and federal authorities and courts, as well as in internal investigations, voluntary self-disclosures, and negotiated settlements with the Competition Commission.
Flavia holds a LL.M. in Business Law from King’s College, London. She earned her Master of Law degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Zurich and her Bachelor of Law (magna cum laude) from the University of Geneva. She was admitted to the Zurich bar in 2015.
