Flore Auberjonois

Flore Auberjonois is a senior associate at MANGEAT. Her main practice areas are Dispute Resolution and Corporate & Commercial.

Flore holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from the University of Geneva. She also completed the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions in 2019 and successfully passed her Geneva Bar exam in 2021.

In the past year, she has been involved in a variety of challenging matters, including:

·  Managing a CHF 90-million international commercial dispute in the banking industry before courts in the German-speaking part of Switzerland;

·  Advising on inheritance cases involving substantial assets located in Switzerland and abroad;

·  Assisting companies in the biotech sector with capital increases and other corporate transactions;

She has also handled cases related to international sanctions and authored one of our MANGEAT Insights issue titled: UK Sanctions Law: Broadening the Definition of ‘Control’.

Prior to joining MANGEAT, Flore practiced as a trainee lawyer, first at the Criminal Court of Geneva and then, in the litigation department at the law firm Pestalozzi in Geneva, where she focused on white-collar crime.
