My-Hué Tan

My-Hué Tan is a Counsel and Operations Director at MANGEAT. She leads the Risk Management & Compliance practice, and the General Counsel Desk. My-Hué also manages the firm’s operations with the firm’s Partners.

My-Hué has practiced law in several countries and industries at international law firms and multinational companies. She is member of the Paris Bar and registered in Switzerland as Attorney at law EU/EFTA. She is also a certified professional mediator.

My-Hué advises clients on the management and mitigation of legal, business and operational risks arising from corporate transactions, divestitures, acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, business restructuring, labour relations, product manufacturing, business disruption, crisis management, fraud and ethics investigations.

She acts as a strategic advisor to General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers with respect to their departmental planning, departmental reorganisations, succession planning, team performance management, talent management, people retention, development and coaching, and inclusion and diversity.

My-Hué also specialises in organisational and operational transformations pertaining to legal operations, alternative legal services models, project management, and outside counsel spend.

Prior to MANGEAT, My-Hué served in several senior legal positions and as a member of the senior business leadership teams at Eaton Corporation, including the management of the regional legal and corporate secretarial team and operations.

My-Hué worked at Cisco as a Corporate Counsel France and Italy and Senior Attorney EMEA supporting the markets of telecoms and mobile operators, the public sector, and post-acquisition integration.

Prior to Cisco, My-Hué practiced at the international firms of Clifford Chance LLP in Paris and London, and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris. She was an associate in their respective Telecoms, Media, Technologies, Entertainment & Sports Practice Groups.

My-Hué endorses life-long learning. She is a passionate ambassador of Inclusion & Diversity, and a regular contributor to the professional development of female and young talents within the European communities of in-house counsels and law firms.
