Sara Dousset is a Counsel at MANGEAT and leads our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare and Employment teams.

She has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes in the pharmaceutical and the health sector (e.g. medical malpractice, contractual or regulatory matters), as well as employment and
data protection disputes.

She regularly represents domestic and international clients before courts and arbitration tribunals. Sara also advises companies in those sectors by reviewing or drafting contracts and regulatory documents.

Sara gives advice to companies in pharmaceutical, data protection and employment matters. She regularly assists both Swiss and foreign companies in reviewing or drafting contracts and regulatory documents in those sectors.

Sara is currently completing an executive Master of advanced studies in health law at the University of Neuchâtel which includes a module CAS in Pharmaceutical and Biotechnological Law (passed in June 2017), a module CAS in Patient Rights and Public Health (passed in February 2018) and a module CAS in Social Insurance, Employment and Health Law (passed in January 2019).

She has also been certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe (CIPP/E), a certification delivered by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), which enables her tobest meet the needs of our clients regarding new issues.

Before joining MANGEAT, Sara was an associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation team at Eversheds Sutherland Ltd in Geneva.
