We are proud to announce that our senior associate Fanny Margairaz obtained a Master of Advanced Studies in Economic Crime Investigation.

She achieved the two-year programme offered by the Institute of Economic Crime Investigation in Neuchâtel (ILCE – HEG Arc) on a high note, with the award of a price for her Master thesis entitled:

“Obligation to cooperate and right to remain silent in FINMA enforcement proceedings: the difficult cohabitation”
