MANGEAT was honored to support the international conference “Lead. Inspire. Transform. Women’s Leadership in the Service of Justice”, organised by Bâtonnières du Monde in collaboration with the Equality Commission of the Ordre des avocats de Genève.

The conference took place on 12 October 2026 in Geneva and will focus on three key themes:

– taking concrete action to combat violence against women and uphold the rule of law;
– ensuring that artificial intelligence becomes a driver of equality rather than a source of new bias;
– engaging men as allies in transforming professional cultures and broadening women’s access to positions of responsibility.

Partner Grégoire Mangeat joined the stage as a panelist in the discussion on this third theme, exploring how men can help advance equality within the legal profession.
