Fanny Margairaz has been promoted to a Partner position at MANGEAT.
Fanny has experience in a wide range of contentious matters with a strong focus in white-collar criminal proceedings, asset tracing and legal and administrative assistance (criminal and financial matters). She regularly represents domestic and international clients before the courts.
Fanny Margairaz is recommended by Legal 500 and has co-authored the last three editions of the Chambers Global Practice Guide for White Collar Crime (Switzerland) with Grégoire Mangeat.
Fanny holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Economic Crime Investigation (2019). She has been a member of the Human Rights Commission of the Geneva Bar Association since 2011 and is a member of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).
