Our senior associate Nurith Cohen has successfully concluded the CAS Inhouse Counsel 2017 (Law Faculty of the University of Zurich and Europa Institut at the University of Zurich). This Certificate of Advanced Studies covered topics such as compliance and risk management, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and sale and brand management.

“My goal when starting this program was to better understand, as external counsel, the legal and other issues as well as the challenges faced by inhouse counsels, including what keeps them awake at night. This program gave me the opportunity to cover broad range of topics such as corporate governance, risk assessment, compliance and contract negotiation, and non-legal skills useful in a business environment.
