New Counsel - MANGEAT

We are pleased to announce that Sara Dousset has been the first lawyer to be promoted to a Counsel position at MANGEAT.

Sara Dousset leads our Pharmaceutical & Healthcare and Employment teams.

She has extensive experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including disputes in the pharmaceutical and health sectors (e.g. medical malpractice, contractual or regulatory matters), as well as employment and data protection disputes.

She regularly represents domestic and international clients before courts and arbitration tribunals. Sara also advises companies in these sectors by reviewing or drafting contracts and regulatory documents.

She is currently completing an executive Master of advanced studies in health law at the University of Neuchâtel. In addition, Sara has been certified Information Privacy Professional/ Europe (CIPP/E), a certification delivered by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), which enables her to best meet the needs of our clients regarding new issues.
